How are the worms shipped to ensure they arrive alive?
We use breathable packaging and moisture-retaining bedding, shipping via expedited services to minimize transit time. During extreme weather, we include thermal insulation or delay shipping to ensure the health of your worms.
What is your 'Live Arrival Guarantee'?
We guarantee that your worms will arrive healthy and active. If your order arrives deceased, please take a photo and contact us within 2 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
How soon will my order be processed?
To avoid worms sitting in sorting facilities over the weekend, we typically ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. Most orders placed by Sunday night will ship the following morning.
Do you offer returns on live products?
Due to the nature of live organisms, we cannot accept physical returns. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will offer replacements or store credit if there is an issue with your order.
